REFUND POLICY OF LAURENTIAN UNIVERSITY

International applicants whose study permit is denied by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are eligible for a refund of their tuition and fees.  Applicants must request a refund and forward a copy of their IRCC denial letter to the university.  This request must be received within twenty days of the denial letter date, otherwise, a refund will be denied.  Please allow a university minimum of three weeks for the refund to be processed. There is no administration fee so you will get a 100% fee refund from the university.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To reserve your seat at Laurentian University for the bachelor’s program the minimum Level of Education Required is Class 12th with a min GPA of 70.0% or more.

REFUND POLICY OF TRENT UNIVERSITY

International applicants whose study permit is denied by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are eligible for a refund of their tuition and fees. Applicants must request a refund and forward a copy (PDF) of their IRCC denial letter to the university. This request must be received within fourteen days of the denial letter date, otherwise, a refund will be denied. Please allow a university minimum of three weeks for the refund to be processed.

REFUND POLICY OF UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR

If you submitted an application for entry into Canada to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and you do not receive the required visa/permit to enter the country, your full tuition is eligible for refund/transfer except the application fee and less $100 CAD of an administration fee, if you submit the required supporting documents at least 15 days or more before the course/program begins.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

The University of Windsor is the top-ranked university in the world and to get admission in Bachelors Degree is minimum level of education required is Class 12th with a min percentage of 70.0% or more. If you want to join any master’s program 70% marks are required in 4 years Bachelors degree.

REFUND POLICY OF RYERSON UNIVERSITY

If you submitted an application for entry into Canada to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) at least 3 months prior to your program start date, and you do not receive the required visa/permit to enter the country, your full tuition is eligible for refund/transfer except the application fee and less $500 CAD of an administration fee, if you submit the required supporting documents at least 15 days or more before the course/program begins.

All refund requests are subject to deductions of the non-refundable portion of the tuition deposit and Administrative fee. Fees will be refunded and returned minus:  $150 administration fee + $250 withdrawal fee = Total $400 CAD will be Deducted from your tuition fee.

Required Documents for refund Process :

Proof of valid Visa Refusal Letter from Canada Immigration must be provided. The College will verify this information, so it’s mandatory to provide the required documents. As per Loyalist College policy, all refunds MUST be returned to their country of origin via Flywire. Funds cannot be refunded to Canadian accounts/other post-secondary institutions.
