REFUND POLICY OF GEORGIAN AT ILAC

Students seeking refunds must review the college policy. A full tuition refund applies if a study permit is refused. For other reasons, like applying without a visa decision, the college charges approximately 1800 CAD based on the program selected. All refunds will be done via wire transfer.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

For admission to any Undergraduate program in this college, a student must have completed Grade 12 / High School with a minimum GPA of 55.0% or higher. For the PG Program, the requirement is a bachelor’s degree with at least 50%.

REFUND POLICY

In case of Visa refusal Lambton College will provide a refund of your full tuition fee deposit – less a $250 CAD processing fee and any non-refundable offer letter fee. The student must provide an authentic visa denial letter issued by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).  To raise Refund requests you need to mail from your college email id to refunds@lambtoncollege.ca within 10 business days of receiving the visa denial letter from IRCC.

REFUND POLICY OF BRESCIA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE

Applicants who have submitted a complete and legitimate study permit application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and are refused the related study permit prior to commencing their studies at Brescia University College are eligible to apply for a full refund, less administrative fees of $200 and any related banking charges deducted during transmission. Such requests must include a copy of the relevant letter of refusal from the Canadian Embassy High Commission, or Consulate Visa Section.

REFUND POLICY OF ONTARIO TECH UNIVERSITY

International students who are refused their study permit or who do not meet the conditions of their offer will receive a full refund of fees paid minus a $200 administrative fee. For refused study permits students must provide proof of the refusal (copy of Immigration document) within the first 10 days of classes.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To get admission in any 4-year bachelor’s degree the minimum level of education required is Grade 12 with min GPA of 70.0% or more.

REFUND POLICY OF FANSHAWE COLLEGE

Applicants who have submitted a complete and legitimate study permit application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and are refused the related study permit prior to commencing their studies at Fanshawe College are eligible to apply for a full refund, less administrative fees of $250 and any related banking charges deducted during transmission. Such requests must include a copy of the relevant letter of refusal from the Canadian Embassy High Commission, or Consulate Visa Section.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To get a seat in any undergraduate Diploma Program or Any Advance Diploma in Fanshawe College the minimum level of education required is Class 12th with an overall percentage of more than 50% and above 50% in each major subject. But to Get Admission to Bachelors’s Degree at Fanshawe Min Qualification is required in Class 12th with 65% marks. For any Post Graduation Program, Min level of Education required is a 2 Year UG Program or Bachelors’s with more than 50% Overall.

REFUND POLICY OF CENTENNIAL COLLEGE

International students who are refused their study permit or who do not meet the conditions of their offer will receive a full refund of fees paid minus a $200 administrative fee. For refused study permits students must provide proof of the refusal (copy of Immigration document) within the first 10 days of classes.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To get Admission in any Undergraduate Diploma Program or Any Advance Diploma in Centennial College the minimum level of education required is Class 12th with an overall percentage of more than 50% and above 50% in each major subject. But to Get Admission to Bachelors’s Degree at Centennial Min Qualification is required in Class 12th with 65% marks. For any Post Graduation Program Min level of Education required is a 2 Year UG Program or Bachelors’s with more than 50% Overall.

CAMPUS OF OCAD UNIVERSITY

The current OCAD campus consists of the north campus and south campus, the main campus is adjacent to the Art Gallery of Ontario, within the Grange Park neighborhood. The school is Canada’s largest and oldest educational institution for art and design. OCAD U offers courses through the Faculties of Art, Design, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and alternative programs.

REFUND POLICY OF OCAD UNIVERSITY

International applicants whose study permit is denied by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are eligible for a refund of their tuition and fees.  Applicants must request a refund and forward a copy of their IRCC denial letter to the university.  This request must be received within twenty days of the denial letter date, otherwise, a refund will be denied.  Please allow a university minimum of three weeks for the refund to be processed. There is no administration fee so you will get a 100% fee refund from the university.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To get admission in any bachelor’s program at OCAD University the minimum level of education required is Class 12th with a minimum GPA of 70.0% or more. In case you planned to get admission in a Post-graduation or Master’s program the min level of education required is 4 Years Bachelors’s degree with more than 75% GPA.

The OCAD University operates for 5 working days per week & is closed on weekends and holidays.

AVAILABLE INTAKES

To study at OCAD U one must search for the available intakes for the program you have selected, so they mainly provide you three-four intakes January 2022/Sept 2022. For International applicants, Sept intake is most recommendable as this intake provides most of the variety of degree and master degree level Programs.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

The OCAD University has a huge program list once the applicant finalizes his/her program the applicant needs to pay the application fee, then the university releases its offer letter within 20 working days for which the application will be $256 CAD (non-refundable).
