OPERATIONAL DAYS OF CLASSES

The College works for 5 days per week and the duration of the class will be depending on the subject, otherwise minimum duration will be 5 hours, the student can also avail the facility of online classes due to covid-19 which is totally depending on your choice for attending the type of class. The class attending percentage must be 80% of your academic year.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

To study at Conestoga College the applicant firstly needed to apply for his/her letter of admission for the selected program for which the application fee will be $100 CAD which is nonrefundable, after paying your application fee the applicant needed to wait for minimum 45 working days for college to releases its offer letter.

REFUND POLICY OF CONESTOGA COLLEGE

All refund requests are subjected to deductions of the non-refundable portion of the tuition deposit and Administrative fee. International students are refunded all fees assessed for that term and subsequent terms paid in advance, less non-refundable fee(s):

All those Students who begin their studies online from outside of Canada for the March 2021 term and the final decision from IRCC results in the refusal of their student visa, the following refund policy will apply:

In case your visa will be rejected by the Canadian Embassy, your full tuition will be refunded less the $200 college administration fee.

  • A refund of the full tuition and ancillary fees for the term less a $200 administrative fee if withdrawal is made prior to the non-refundable deposit due date.
  • A refund of the full tuition and ancillary fees for the term or program less the non-refundable deposit if withdrawal is made after the deposit due date *or if withdrawal is made after a deferral admission had been given.

Withdrawal within 10 business days of the beginning of a term or the beginning of the period for which the student paid fees in the case of a non-term or continuous intake program of instruction, the student shall receive.

REFUND POLICY OF SENECA COLLEGE

Applicants who have submitted a complete and legitimate study permit application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and are subsequently refused the related study permit prior to commencing their studies at Seneca College are eligible to apply for a full refund of tuition and ancillary fees. However, there will be a deduction of a $200 CAD administrative fee and any related banking charges incurred during transmission. Additionally, such requests must include a copy of the relevant letter of refusal from the Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate Visa Section. Therefore, it’s crucial for applicants to provide all necessary documentation to facilitate the refund process.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To get admission in any undergraduate diploma the minimum level of education required is Grade 12 with a minimum percentage of 50% or more required in each major subject. For the PG Program min 2 year UG Program or bachelors is required with 50% marks or more.

REFUND POLICY OF HUMBER COLLEGE

International students who are refused their study permit or who do not meet the conditions of their offer will receive a full refund of fees paid minus a $200 administrative fee. For refused study permits students must provide proof of the refusal (copy of Immigration document)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Hey Students, If you want to apply for Humber College for Undergraduate Program the minimum level of education required is Class 12th with an Overall 55% and 50% in each individual subject. If you want to apply for 3 Years of Advance Diploma the minimum level is the same as for UG.

But in case you want to apply for the Post Graduation program at Humber the minimum level of education required is 4 Years of Bachelor’s Degree with more than 65% marks and a maximum of 6 Backlogs accepted.

REFUND POLICY OF CONFEDERATION COLLEGE

Students who have not received a valid study permit allowing entry into Canada (i.e. were refused a visa ) will be eligible for a full refund less an administration fee as long as Confederation is notified before the ten-day withdrawal date and sufficient documentation is provided.

REFUND POLICY

International students must be in possession of a visa refusal for a refund request to be considered by the University. If you have already received a visa approval but wish to apply for a refund before the start of your program, you must provide proof from the IRCC that your visa has been returned to the embassy to be considered.

A refund of tuition and student fees paid (Total Fee – $300 CAD processing fee) will be issued if a copy of a visa refusal letter issued by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is provided to Algoma University. Refund processing time vary, but you can expect a minimum of 8–12 weeks from the date that Algoma University receives all information required to process the refund.

REFUND POLICY OF SHERIDAN COLLEGE

International students who are refused their study permit or who do not meet the conditions of their offer will receive a full refund of fees paid minus a $200 administrative fee.
