REFUND POLICY OF TRINITY WESTERN UNIVERSITY

If your study permit is denied then they will require a copy of the rejection letter. The student must notify University prior to start the program along with necessary documents to receive a full refund of your deposit and fees. Tuition deposits are only refundable due to visa denials. A non-refundable fee will be withheld. Students can refer to their Offer Letter to confirm the non-refundable fee.

If an international student delivers a copy of a refusal of a study permit to the institution, sections 6, 8, 9, 10 of this policy apply as if the copy of the refusal were a notice of withdrawal, unless the international student requests an additional letter of acceptance for the same program that was the subject of the refusal of the study permit, or the program is provided solely through distance education.
