REFUND POLICY OF CRANDALL UNIVERSITY

All those students wanted to apply for the refund must go through the policy of the University, the tuition fee will be refunded fully to the student whose study permit is refused by IRCC excluding the Application Fee for this your refund supporting documents must be submitted to the university. If you are applying for a refund without a visa decision or and any other reason than University will charge around $1000 CAD excluding the Application fee paid for the program. This request must be made to the university one week before the first day of the program. If a student is not attending the program, then no refund will be possessed by the university.

A Refund Administrative Fee of $25 will be assessed when dropping courses, or withdrawing from the University. Additionally, if the refund pertains to an International Wire Transfer (International Electronic Transfer), the International Wire Transfer Fee of $75 will also be assessed.

REFUND POLICY OF UNIVERSITY OF NEW BRUNSWICK

International students (with proof of study permit refusal) who did not attend classes (in-person or virtual) are entitled to a 100% refund less a non-refundable confirmation deposit fee.  International students who choose to remain enrolled in studies remotely from their country (without a study permit final approval) who attended class standard refund policy applies. REFUND POLICY OF ASSINIBOINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

If your study permit is denied, please send a copy of that letter to the college for a refund. Our letter of acceptance will specify a deadline for your study permit. If you have not received an answer from IRCC by that date, please contact us to discuss options. Whether we can “save” your seat will depend on a number of factors, including whether there is a waiting list for the program. Otherwise, the full tuition fee will be refunded less than 250$ of administrative charges.

REFUND POLICY OF RED RIVER COLLEGE

Applicants who are denied a study permit will forfeit the application fee. A copy of the visa rejection letter from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is required to process the deposit and tuition refunds. Refund requests are required within 30 days of receipt of the Visa Rejection Letter.

A $100 administration fee will be applied to all refund requests.

Once a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is issued, any request to change your Study Plan will result in the forfeiture of your $1,500 CAD international tuition deposit.

This condition does not apply to students who choose to start their programs of study without full approval on their Study Permit application. In that situation, the Refund Forfeiture Schedule (listed below) will still be effective should they receive a Rejection Letter after the program start.

In cases of an international student receiving a Study Permit refusal that does not allow them to begin their program of study at MITT, the following rules apply:

REFUND POLICY OF OKANAGAN COLLEGE

In case your study permit is denied, then the college will require a copy of the rejection letter. The student must notify the college prior to starting the program along with necessary documents to receive a full refund of your deposit and fees with the following exception: If your study permit application is rejected by IRCC for fraud/alleged fraud or other dishonesty, Okanagan College reserves the right to retain the entire deposit, tuition and fees paid.
